Our reading for non-filers

For property bought from 1 July 2024 by someone not on the ATL, Division VIII applies "the rates specified in Division I for individuals and AOPs", never less than 15%. We apply the non-salaried slabs to the gain on its own. FBR could apply the slabs to the gain together with your other income; a consultant can confirm.
