About Tax Hisab

Tax Hisab is a set of free calculators for the taxes people in Pakistan actually meet: salary, business, freelance income, property, cars, bank profit, phone bills and Zakat. Each one says which tax year it is for, shows the working and links the law it comes from.

It is made by DanixSoft, a software studio in Lahore. It is not run by FBR or any government office.

What it does not do

• It is not tax advice, and it does not file returns.
• It does not model every rule: tax credits, special rebates, minimum tax on turnover, super tax and many exemptions are left out and named where they matter.
• The calculators run in your browser. Nothing you type is sent anywhere unless you send a consultant request.

How it pays for itself

No ads. If you want help, you can ask for a tax consultant; DanixSoft may earn a referral or service fee from that work, and you are told any fee before work starts.
